Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the Corporate Payroll Department in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-12 payroll and tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Train team members on new procedures and monitor performance to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with payroll processes according to company policies and state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• 8+ years of experience with high-volume payroll for 10,000+ employees preferred
• 3+ years of management experience required
• 3+ years of Workday Payroll and Kronos experience preferred
• CPP Certification preferred
