Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end payroll function and ensure compliance across the U.S. workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll processing for U.S. employees and manage payroll for Ireland-based employees
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and manage payroll tax filings and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a mid-to-large size organization
• Advanced experience with ADP Workforce Now, including administration and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws and multi-state compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data reconciliation
