Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring accurate, timely payroll for internal employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process US payroll according to the payroll schedule for multiple entities
• Establish and maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Work cross-functionally to ensure proper taxation and reporting for applicable entities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience calculating and processing US payroll
• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities and states required
• CPP/FPC certification preferred
• Experience with enterprise payroll technology such as Workday, SAP, or ADP
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll compliance requirements
