Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee in-house payroll operations for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll team and ensure accurate processing for up to 2,000 employees
  • Support full in-house payroll functions including check distribution, tax payments, and reporting
  • Drive automation and assist in payroll audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-state payroll with supervisory experience
  • Experience managing payroll for at least 1,000 employees; union experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll software implementations
  • Proven leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude
