Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete bi-weekly payroll lifecycle for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, including registrations, filings, and resolutions across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead quarter-end and year-end processes, including W-2 review and required tax documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with full-cycle payroll processing
• Experience in a regulated, multi-state payroll environment
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Previous leadership or project leadership experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
