Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll services across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team while driving operational improvements and reporting insights
• Oversee vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll processes and technology

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive payroll experience with multistate exposure in the U.S
• Strong experience with Canadian and Puerto Rico payroll
• Deep knowledge of payroll laws and compliance across North America
• Experience managing multi-country payroll teams or leading a payroll function
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, and Deel
