Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all payroll cycles, averaging 100 pay runs per year
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to process payroll-related changes and manage year-end processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software and experience with ERP-based accounting software
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred
