Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with HR and external Payroll Vendors to maintain employee data and resolve discrepancies
• Drive scalable payroll processes to support rapid headcount growth and ensure timely execution of payroll operations

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in US & International payroll administration, preferably through a PEO
• Hands-on experience with major PEO providers such as ADP or TriNet
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for payroll reconciliation and reporting
• Experience managing transitions between PEO providers is a plus
