Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update employee data with the PEO, including onboarding and compensation changes
• Review payroll-related reports and reconcile payroll accounts for accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in US and international payroll administration, preferably through a PEO
• Hands-on experience with major PEO providers such as ADP or TriNet
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations
• Experience with multi-state payroll and varying compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel for payroll reconciliation and reporting
