Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a multi-state government contracting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for various employee classifications across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with SCA wage determinations and enforce FAR-compliant timekeeping policies
• Lead payroll-related audit responses and oversee year-end processing, including W-2 preparation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong expertise with UKG payroll and timekeeping systems
• Direct experience with Deltek Costpoint and government contract accounting
• Demonstrated experience managing SCA compliance and multi-state payroll
