Payroll Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the entire payroll process, the full-time remote Payroll Manager will manage salary and hourly payroll processing, commission processing, and compliance for international payroll while driving continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for employees and external auditors, ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations
• Identify and recommend process improvements, implementing global payroll tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in payroll management, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing global payroll teams
• Expertise in tax equalization and a deep understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deel payroll software
• Comprehensive knowledge of US and international payroll legislation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, with strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key
