Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Owning payroll operations for a global workforce, the full-time Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end payroll for over 700 employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with HR and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for employees and contractors across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll liabilities and maintain accurate labor expense classification
• Drive payroll system automation and improvements, ensuring data accuracy and continuity throughout payroll processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax law and compliance requirements, with familiarity in UK and/or India payroll regulations preferred
• Hands-on experience with timesheet systems and payroll journal entries
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable payroll platform
