Payroll Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global expansion, the remote Payroll Manager will maintain and validate payroll data across multiple countries, process payments and employee expense reports, and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain, review, and validate payroll data for US, Canada, UK, and other Employer of Record payrolls
• Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments, and employee expense reports in line with company policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, as well as global payroll compliance

Required qualifications:

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS or startup environment
• Proficiency in Rippling and experience with multi-subsidiary and global payroll
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of payroll procedures
• Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and general ledger maintenance
