Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Manager, Global Payroll will oversee US payroll and global Employer of Record operations, managing payroll execution, vendor relationships, compliance coordination, and process improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations across multiple countries and platforms, ensuring timely processing and compliance
• Directly oversee and mentor Payroll Specialists, setting goals and managing performance
• Coordinate payroll tax administration and resolve discrepancies while improving operational practices

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant payroll experience with demonstrated leadership and US payroll ownership
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
• Experience in global EOR or multi-country payroll operations, including vendor management
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax administration and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage payroll integrations with HR technologies
