Payroll Manager - International

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager - International & Domestic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries using third-party vendors, EORs, and outsourced payroll service providers
• Administer U.S. payroll through Paylocity and coordinate with global payroll partners for accurate processing
• Manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including audits and taxation of equity compensation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll and working with EORs and third-party payroll providers
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll tax laws, particularly regarding equity transactions
• Proven experience leading 401(k) and workers' compensation audits
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity, Fidelity, and NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPP certification is a plus
