Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update employee data with the PEO, and review timesheets and payroll-related deductions
  • Coordinate transitions between PEO providers and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in US & International payroll administration, preferably through a PEO
  • Hands-on experience with major PEO providers such as ADP or TriNet
  • Strong understanding of US payroll laws and multi-state tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for payroll reconciliation
  • Experience managing transitions between PEO providers is a plus
