Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare & process in house US payroll for ~300 employees on a semi-monthly basis
  • Establish and maintain payroll records
  • Create processes for obtaining information related to deductions and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in calculating and processing payroll on a global scale
  • Experience with proper tax treatment and processing requirements for wages and benefits
  • Understanding of ACA data submission and year-end reporting
  • Experience in processing manual pay cycles when needed
