Payroll Manager (US & Canada)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager (18 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer payroll cycles, maintain payroll system accuracy, and lead year-end payroll processes
• Collaborate with finance teams and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and agencies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in a multi-state US environment
• Experience processing payroll for 200+ US employees across multiple states
• Working knowledge of Canadian payroll processes and statutory requirements
• Proven experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory filings
