Job Summary

Payroll Manager US & Canada, this full-time position involves hands-on execution of payroll processing for Canada and the US, along with benefits administration and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer North American and international benefits programs while maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Act as an escalation point for payroll and benefits inquiries, providing support to employees
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role
  • Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
  • Experience with global payroll and administering benefits is preferred
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
