Job Summary

Payroll Manager US & Canada, is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for executing end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and the US, along with administering benefits programs across North America and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer North American and international benefits, maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Manage payroll systems and produce reporting and analytics for leadership and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role
  • Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll is mandatory
  • Experience with global payroll and administering benefits is preferred
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
