Job Summary
Payroll Manager US & Canada is a full-time operational leader responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across North America, requiring hands-on expertise in US and Canada payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer North American and international benefits programs, maintaining compliance with regulations
- Act as escalation point for payroll and benefits inquiries, collaborating with HR and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role
- Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
- Experience with global payroll and administering North American and international benefits
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
