Job Summary

Payroll Manager US & Canada is a full-time operational leader responsible for hands-on execution of payroll processing across North America, with a focus on Canada and the US, and managing benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer North American and international benefits programs, maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Support payroll audits, maintain internal controls, and act as an escalation point for payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
  • Experience with global payroll across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC is preferred
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
