Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and design the strategic framework for payroll operations across the US and Canada
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the payroll vendor platform and manage external provider relationships
• Lead and develop a distributed payroll team, fostering collaboration and establishing standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience with complex payroll operations
• Experience managing payroll through third-party providers and integrations with HR systems
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, audits, and tax reporting
• Experience in a scaling, public-company or SOX-controlled environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
