Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle payroll onboarding projects from kickoff to go live
• Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Manage complex payroll data migrations and data validation processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, finance, or related experience preferred
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) or similar designation preferred
• Experience working within structured project management environments and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
