Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll operations, processes, and procedures while designing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Manage the resolution of customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery for payroll, garnishment, and tax processes
  • Conduct audits and manage HR and performance appraisals for employees
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of payroll operations experience in a multi-company, multi-state outsourcing environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing payroll operations, preferably in outsourcing
  • Experience with ACH Credit, ACH Debit, and check methods for payroll payments and garnishments
  • Previous experience with ERP HR/Payroll systems
  • Strong passion for customer service
