Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Payroll Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations, processes, and procedures while designing strategies for continuous improvement
- Manage the resolution of customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery for payroll, garnishment, and tax processes
- Conduct audits and manage HR and performance appraisals for employees
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of payroll operations experience in a multi-company, multi-state outsourcing environment
- 3+ years of experience managing payroll operations, preferably in outsourcing
- Experience with ACH Credit, ACH Debit, and check methods for payroll payments and garnishments
- Previous experience with ERP HR/Payroll systems
- Strong passion for customer service
