Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Lead responsible for overseeing payroll processes and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the payroll calendar and ensure timely execution of payroll cycles across multiple regions
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives for payroll workflow improvements and system integration
• Serve as the liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors for alignment and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years of experience in payroll operations, focusing on process improvement and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll processing
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and driving operational improvements
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-state or global environment
