Payroll Operations Lead

Job Summary

Ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, the full-time salaried People Operations Lead will manage payroll data in Dayforce, oversee tax coordination, and prepare financial reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party payroll processor to ensure accurate payroll runs and compliance
• Prepare and validate payroll data, conduct audits, and manage tax activities across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Support Finance with payroll reporting, journal entries, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
• Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner
• Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management
• CPP or FPC certification preferred
