Payroll Operations Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing payroll operations, the full-time salaried People Operations Lead will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using Dayforce, manage tax coordination, and support financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party payroll processor, ensuring accurate payroll runs and data validation
• Oversee payroll tax activities and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and support finance with payroll journal entries and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
• Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner
• Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management
• CPP or FPC certification preferred
