Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Manager responsible for overseeing Payroll and HR Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage configuration, optimization, and operations of Payroll and HRIS systems
  • Ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across platforms and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely and accurate payroll processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in access network design and operations
  • Experience with PON technologies and Ethernet access networks
  • Familiarity with IP/MPLS protocols and network virtualization
  • Experience with monitoring tools and packet-level analysis
