Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage configuration, optimization, and operations of Payroll and HRIS systems
- Ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across platforms and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely and accurate payroll processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in access network design and operations
- Experience with PON technologies and Ethernet access networks
- Familiarity with IP/MPLS protocols and network virtualization
- Experience with monitoring tools and packet-level analysis
