Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of payroll specialists to deliver in-house and EoR payroll across multiple countries
• Oversee the transition to automated payroll processes while maintaining service delivery targets
• Analyze payroll trends and optimize processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience, including 3 years in people management
• Experience overseeing end-to-end payroll across the Americas
• Familiarity with local taxation and compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees across various geographies
• Project management experience in payroll implementations or transformation initiatives
