Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Manager to support its Retirement Plan Services organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Payroll Support and Ongoing Payroll teams, overseeing client support and complex payroll transactions
- Establish team priorities, performance goals, and provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across the business
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5+ years of experience in Client Customer Support and Operations, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to create efficiencies
- Experience in hiring, retaining, and developing talent
- Experience managing and coaching teams, preferably onshore and offshore
