Payroll Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization, the full-time Payroll Operations Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while providing strategic leadership to payroll teams and collaborating with various departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
• Manage payroll processing, including employee payments, garnishment orders, and issue resolution
• Develop and implement training programs for team members, fostering performance improvement and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in payroll or a directly related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards related to payroll
