Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience
• At least 5 years focused on payroll products or payroll infrastructure
• Proven experience in building and scaling complex financial systems
• Experience with banking partners and payments infrastructure preferred
• Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking
