Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for Payroll offerings, aligning with overall market opportunities
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify needs and trends in payroll processing and tax compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development and ensure timely delivery of features

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management within Payroll solutions, HRIS, or HCM
• In-depth understanding of payroll processing, tax jurisdiction logic, and compliance
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with direct experience in NetSuite preferred
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand API capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
