Payroll Product Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for defining product line strategy and managing product releases, the full-time remote Payroll Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to translate market needs into functional specifications and ensure project schedules are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Acts as a business leader for the product, providing guiding vision and strategy
• Collaborates with Business Units to identify market needs and define product features
• Manages product releases and ensures compliance with customer and quality requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Three to five years of product management experience
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated project management ability
• Strong preference for HR, Payroll, and Benefits experience
• Knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and benefits is essential
