Job Summary

Leading payroll system enhancements, the full-time remote Payroll Projects Manager will analyze business requirements, oversee system conversions, and develop training programs while providing technical support and coordinating reporting tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyzes business requirements and validates payroll and timekeeping system configurations during conversions and upgrades
  • Provides leadership in payroll system conversions, coordinating testing, implementation, and communication with the field
  • Facilitates the development of training materials to enhance knowledge of payroll systems and regulatory practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in IS/Payroll, project management, report writing, and system conversion
  • Expert knowledge of payroll and time and attendance functions
  • Knowledge of system development and project management methodologies
  • Advanced report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs
