Job Summary
Leading payroll system enhancements, the full-time remote Payroll Projects Manager will analyze business requirements, oversee system conversions, and develop training programs while providing technical support and coordinating reporting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzes business requirements and validates payroll and timekeeping system configurations during conversions and upgrades
- Provides leadership in payroll system conversions, coordinating testing, implementation, and communication with the field
- Facilitates the development of training materials to enhance knowledge of payroll systems and regulatory practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Business Management
- 5+ years of experience in IS/Payroll, project management, report writing, and system conversion
- Expert knowledge of payroll and time and attendance functions
- Knowledge of system development and project management methodologies
- Advanced report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs
