Key Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of payroll information and conduct audit procedures
• Prepare weekly payroll wire amounts and distribute paychecks to employees
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and maintain compliance with departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with specialized training in office procedures
• Minimum of one year of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or union setting
• Working knowledge of accounting and computer skills
