Job Summary

Executing advanced payroll operations, the full-time Payroll Senior Analyst will manage complex payroll processes remotely, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll outcomes while resolving sensitive payroll discrepancies.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage resolution of escalated payroll cases across multiple business units and employee populations
• Audit payroll data to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation for payroll processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Four years of relevant experience in payroll operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced payroll expertise and ability to manage complex payroll scenarios
• Experience in a high-volume, highly regulated environment
