A company is looking for a Payroll Services Manager to manage payroll data and ensure accurate payroll administration across U.S. and Canadian locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll data within the UKG Pro system and ensure accuracy in payroll processes
• Identify process improvements and drive initiatives for payroll system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payroll system integration and user training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably with UKG Pro payroll
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations and compliance
• Proven expertise in payroll systems and administration
• Experience in developing and delivering end-user training and documentation
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid project environments
