Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Services QA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily audits of customer-facing teams to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Review customer cases to identify and resolve service issues
  • Prepare statistical reports and audit details for the leadership team

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc)
  • Previous quality assurance experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday and Salesforce preferred
