Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Services QA Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits of customer-facing teams to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Review customer cases to identify and resolve service issues
- Prepare statistical reports and audit details for the leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of customer service or related experience
- Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc)
- Previous quality assurance experience preferred
- Experience with Workday and Salesforce preferred
