Payroll Services Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Payroll Services Supervisor will manage payroll processing, oversee team activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activity and act as the primary client contact to enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead daily team operations, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Train and mentor team members, identifying development needs and coordinating additional training as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School diploma
• At least 5 years of Payroll/Tax experience
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• FPC or CPP certification preferred
