Job Summary

Assisting with end-to-end UKG Ready payroll implementations, the full-time remote Payroll Solutions Consultant will own the audit and parallel payroll process, ensuring accuracy before go-live while consulting with clients and configuring the system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the audit and parallel payroll processes for UKG Ready implementations
• Consult directly with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Build, test, and troubleshoot within the UKG Ready system to ensure successful payroll configurations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready payroll configuration and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in running parallel payrolls and conducting payroll audits
• Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals, including gross-to-net calculations and multi-state tax withholding
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and communicate findings effectively
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects and stakeholder communications
