Job Summary

Seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist, the full-time remote role will manage payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy in employee benefits and payroll-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payrolls for multiple clients across various payroll platforms
• Review payroll data for accuracy, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Administer employee benefits and manage payroll-related updates and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-entity environment
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, compliance, and benefit deductions
• Experience with payroll systems such as Paychex, Intuit, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
