Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Part-time) in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing on-cycle, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Conduct new hire orientation, resolve payroll discrepancies, and assist with payroll tax filings

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of multi-state payroll administration experience
• Knowledge of ADP payroll systems and Deltek Costpoint
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Familiarity with general accounting principles
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
