Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist in Portland, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll batch processing ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions
  • Prepare manual checks and ACH transfers

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of Workday ERP experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • 1+ years of high-volume payroll, accounting, and/or bookkeeping experience for a mid to large sized organization
