Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for US payroll and benefits processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter payroll data into HRIS system and maintain employee records
  • Process biweekly payrolls accurately and generate necessary reports
  • Support audits and perform clerical tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of payroll administration experience
  • Working knowledge of Wage and Hour and Taxation requirements
  • Proficient with UKG Pro and Kronos software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal standards
