Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for US payroll and benefits processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter payroll data into HRIS system and maintain employee records
- Process biweekly payrolls accurately and generate necessary reports
- Support audits and perform clerical tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 1 year of payroll administration experience
- Working knowledge of Wage and Hour and Taxation requirements
- Proficient with UKG Pro and Kronos software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal standards
