Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate reporting of employee hours in ADP and assist in bi-weekly payroll for over 1,600 employees
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to payroll inquiries and resolving pay policy exceptions
• Maintain secure payroll files, process special payrolls, and assist in developing payroll processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Lyric is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll and payroll taxes
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects
