Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support in-house payroll processing remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and calculate payroll overpayments for active and terminated employees
- Prepare W2c's and respond to payroll inquiries from employees, internal business units, and third-party vendors
- Maintain support for audits and Sox compliance as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle payroll-related inquiries
- Experience with tax balance adjustments and deductions
