Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily payroll processing preparation and record keeping functions
• Utilize computer programs to maintain timekeeping edits, deductions, and payroll reports
• Provide customer support and respond to payroll-related inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience with knowledge of tax regulations required
• Some experience with Kronos Dimensions and Oracle preferred
• Experience in large payroll processing for multi-state facilities preferred
• Payroll experience in a healthcare field preferred
