Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong cross-border payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global payroll accounting process across all jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with HR and country teams for accurate payroll submissions and reconciliations
  • Process and reconcile employee expenses while ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll accounting experience, including cross-border payroll
  • Strong Excel skills and a data accuracy mindset
  • Experience managing payroll in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and tax compliance related to payroll
  • ERP system experience, preferably with NetSuite
